Account info: name, email, company name. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Customer data: source code and repository contents you connect to the Platform.
Usage data: how you use the Platform, features accessed, session info, IP address, browser type.
We use your data to: operate the Platform, process payments, provide support, and improve our product (using anonymized data only). That’s it.
Your code may be sent to third-party AI providers to power our features. If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), your data goes through your own provider account instead.
We do not use your code to train AI models — ours or anyone else’s — unless you explicitly consent in writing.
Stripe for payments. AI model providers for code processing. AWS & GCP for hosting. PostHog (or similar) for analytics.
We do not sell your data. Ever.
Your data is hosted in the United States on AWS and GCP. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no system is 100% secure. If there’s a breach affecting your data, we’ll notify you as required by law.
We use essential cookies (authentication, sessions) and analytics cookies. No advertising cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account or your trial ends, we delete your data within 30 days. Billing records are kept as required by tax law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. We don’t sell personal information (California residents: that’s your CCPA right covered). To exercise any rights, email luc@minitap.ai and we’ll respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy. Material changes get 30 days’ notice. Continued use means acceptance.
